At Tomorrow’s Promise Inc., we’re incredibly passionate about improving the literacy rates in Walker County. Most families in Walker County do not have the means to provide books for their children—so we do it for free, because reading to children is one of the most important things a parent can do to help their child in the early developmental stages. Our partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is having a monumental, measurable impact on the lives of these children, and you can become a part of the program’s success by joining us at this year's RUN WITH YOUR IMAGINATION COLOR RUN!

Here is a bit of history The Color Run is a five-kilometer, untimed event. At different color stations along the course color runners are doused from head to toe in a different colored powder. Participants wear white at the starting line and finish the race plastered in color. Once the race is over, the fun continues at the finish line with a bubble party equipped with music, dancing, photo ops, and more massive color throws, which create millions of vivid color combinations.
